Notice of Revaluation – Town of Ringle, Marathon County
A revaluation of all property in the Town of Ringle shall occur for the 2027 assessment year.
Revaluation notices are expected to be mailed to property owners in late Summer or early Fall
of 2027.
Please also notice that the Assessor has certain statutory authority to enter lands as described
in Wis. Stat. 943.13 and 943.15. The ability to enter lands is subject to several qualifications and
limitations as described in the statues. Copies of the applicable statues can be obtained at
public depositories throughout the State of Wisconsin and from the State of Wisconsin
Legislative Reference Bureau website (www.legis.state.wi.us/rsb/stats/html) or copy may be
obtained from the municipal Clerk upon payment of applicable copying charges.

** Our Assessor will be out doing field work for the Town of Ringle. He drives a Dark Blue 2025 Ram 1500 truck with license plate number ZAD-2270. He will leave a door hanger with his contact information at any property he stops at.
